      I'm afraid Canada's men's hockey team is going to buckle under pressure. ugh. :\ But I have faith in those ladies, there is less of a spotlight on them...(for better or for worse).

      in the last half marathon i ran, i remember passing a pack of women spectators with a huge sign that said "suck it up princess!". it gave me a good laugh.

    Apparently eating too much a drinking too much has an effect on the cardio...almost died on my usual 45 min bike today...need to get serious again!

    great awesome upper body workout!

    The gym was so dead..almost had the whole place to myself. I guess the peeps are out shopping...did a great upper body workout...arms are shaking as I type this..LOVE IT!

      Mine were like that this morning after my class. For an HOUR my legs and arms shook off and on. It was fantastic! I wouldn't have pushed so hard if I were running the marathon tomorrow.

      That's why I love the end of the year, people tend to be so busy that they dont have time for a workout and you have the gym to yourself. Way to hang in there and find time for a workout!!
