My 1st endurance run called for 4 miles. Well, the happy face is for how i felt AFTER lol :D It was blazing hot, the shade provided little comfort & my hydration was lacking. Wonderful start to training wouldn't you say? Definitely the best part of this tempo was hitting "stop timer" on Garmin!!! =/ Sure my time looks bleak... but LOTSA room for improvement right?
