great Insanity Day 8 Cardio Power and Resistance

Since my knee is in the healing process I have been trying all kinds of things. I have been doing Insanity and the boring elliptical. Insanity, I can say is definitely NOT boring. It KICKS my butt! You sweat buckets doing this workout!
