I cannot believe it's week 10 of our training already. I have really enjoyed it so far. I had to incorporate some rest days last week due to the knee. I did not have any pain before, but it only felt ok during the run. I am trying out a few different braces to see what works best. I had to push a bit to finish. In the end the knee was bothering me a bit. I probably should have done a shorter one today.
