So we took a new route today, and boy was it tough. It may just have been the heat that made it seem so difficult. It was high 90's. But nonetheless I made it, and that alone made me proud.

    yeah you're right the heat is pretty intense,but way to suck it up and put in a great 4 with a great pace way to bick BUTT!!!!
