This was my first weight training day since before the surgery. I used my PumpOne iPhone app and did a routine called Upper Body Blitz. It included shoulder, chest, back and arms. Duh.

I had to change up a few things so I wouldn't put any pressure on the hip.

It felt great though...i'm sure I will be hurting tomorrow.
