This was supposed to be a 5 mile run. My belly started hurting around mile 3. I had to cut the run short and get up to the hotel room quick. I am sure you are picking up what I am putting down, right?
Otherwise, a good run. First 2 miles at a warm up pace, then 1.5 miles at a 9:22 (treadmill today), finished up with a slow pace for a cool down.


I hate when that happens. It was probably a nice weather and all.

Travis: Crappy weather actually--I am in Ann Arbor, MI and it looked like it was going to rain. Hit the TM instead.
Emilie: Yeah, it was pretty bad. It always seems to happen on the days I fly and try to run in the evening. Usually I stop right away but today I pushed myself. Not going to do that again!
Susan: Yes! Next time will be Wednesday. It will be an easy run so I hope it won't be a problem.
