Looks slow but on top of 3 miles of warming up and cooling down, I did 5 sets of 2 minutes at 5K pace and 1 minute recoveries. I didn't feel so good this morning so it was tough. Woke up with a sore throat and my belly hurting. Wanted to do the run anyway and there is the result.
