    good 5 mi 00:46 09:10 pace

Ran along the beach in Fort Lauderdale, enjoying the sights before the last session of my conference.

  2. RUN
    great 20 mi 03:01 09:04 pace

Coming back from a killer cold. Hopefully I have it beat now. Only needed a constant supply of cough drops. Spent my miles on the tm so I could watch the marathon (and biggest loser). Lots of sprin... read more

Good way to start out October. Kept thinking how 3 years ago, I struggled to climb a flight of stairs. Very grateful to be in this place. This was a very easy run. I literally could have run fo... read more

Yes, Kelly - Tiffany necklace as finishers "medal". I heard something about a chocolate mile, too. Not sure what that's all about but I like the sound of it! GL on your 20 milers! 18 last week for some reason was really, really hard. 20 must be the magic number.

Renee - So much better. Too bad my math is wrong - it was only 2 years ago.

OK, I remember this time as what was on the TM but it can't possibly be right. I even added 2 mins to what I remembered, but it still can't be right. Did speedwork tonight at 7:54 pace for a litt... read more

  15. RUN
    great 13.1 mi 01:55 08:47 pace

I have no idea where I pulled this one from. I was hoping I wouldn't see 2 hours but turns out all that biking I did over the last few months has keep my cardio endurance where it needed to be. T... read more

  16. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:33 08:21 pace

Probably not wise to do a tempo run this close to race day. Oh well, the race is more of a motivation to get my long run in anyway. I think we can all agree there will be no PR on Sunday.

  17. RUN

The miles are getting easier again. Feeling the good sweat!
