    blur.....Couldn't sleep so I must have looked like a zombie running aorund out there. Surprised I didn't disintegrate in the sun!!!!!!!! I will try to get a better 5K done later in the week!

      Great 5K, Gg... if you run a better one during the week, can I have this one to call my own!! ha ha! You are amazing! And I wouldn't worry about how you looked - nobody could see you clearly enough when you whizzed past them!

    That was a slog. Left the run late and after a busy day was feeling tired. wanted to give up at 2K but stuck with it and felt better as the run went on.

      Congratulations!!! Was it hot there as it was here this morning? It must have been a really tough race with all that elevation and the hot weather. You did a great job, eventhough you are still complaining you're not back yet!!!

      Oh wow, great race GG! Congrats on the result too. Seems like you really enjoyed it and that says it all to me - you might not feel like you at 100% but it doesn't look like that from this side.

      Take it easy, Gg and spend a day watching DVDs with the little ones!! You are still recovering and having sick children is stressful. Nice mountain run - you'll enjoy the next one a lot more!

      Nice mountain run GG but it certainly sounds like your body is taking time to recover. It's tough when you have kids to look after, especially if they're sick too. Hope the boys are better soon!
