Seven rounds for time of:
10 Ring Push-ups (scaled to 7)
10 GHD Sit-ups (scaled to 7 V-Ups)
21 Double Unders (scaled to 14)


Scaling down by a third felt right in order to keep the stimulus correct. A couple rounds of the DUs were unbroken too. I always liked the CFE and AInc programming better than the main site stuff. More impact without weird equipment (rope climbs, etc.).
