Missed No Excuses, so I had to get a run around the hood. Hit some hills on the east side of Anderson and felt the heat, but it wasn't terrible until the last couple of miles. Sunburned my face though. Back is about 85%. Much longer distance and I think I would have really been hurting. Probably a week out from 100%.
