    Outdoor cycling after a long time. Little scared after srinaths fall. I loved it. Nothing to beat cycling in the fresh air. I am going to cycle everyday in April and may.

    Felt every bit of the 1.5 kg I have added on in hospital. Have to loose 2 kg by may 1 st.
    So boot camp, weight training, yoga and swimming, running, cycling for next two weeks.
