    Found all sorts of reasons to not run....was running out of time before work....laced up the 'ol shoes and ran 2 miles. Not the three I wanted but at least I got out there. Consistent pace.

    Slow but steady wins the race. I want to see faster times but I have to realize that it won't happen overnight. Ran 2-15 minute intervals with a 5 min warm up walk and a 3 min walk inbetween.
