Felt pretty good, though had to go a bit faster at the start as I was late leaving the house and had arranged to meet a couple of friends about 3 miles away! This was my first proper long run for some time and the first session of my London Marathon mission (I know, only 7 weeks to go, a bit behind with the training!)
Couldn't get the MiCoach to work but I think it might just be the battery - need to get this sorted because it was a huge help when I was training for Cork last year.
Looking forward to getting stuck into the threshold runs again this coming week; these are the key for marathon running!


A 7 week training programme -- that is a crash course! Mind you I can only manage 7:47 pace for 200m intervals!
