I started to run three years ago, going for a sub-4 marathon in 29 weeks. My first run was short and slow http://connect.garmin.com/activity/16545920 and of course it was silly to believe that I could make it. 29 weeks later, I ran a 3:59:15 Marathon in Athens.
This was a note to self, because I quit running 6 months ago and now it's time to resume. Next marathon is in 29 weeks :)
Oh, and I'm glad that I can still run 5k :)
