Sometimes the body announces a rest day. Too bad it didn't give me a heads up. At least it's a glorious day.


It's all good! Optimal training includes a variety of paces. Just because you *can* run fast doesn't mean you should do it everytime you run.

3/4 of a mile of it was at walking pace... My legs were dead tired.
