    Didn't want to get rolling in the morning, so the only chance to run was late afternoon. 90+ deg F and no breeze. Run easy-slow first half (8:30 pace), then walked a few times. Too hot.

    Early evening ride. Working again on pedaling technique. Cranked hard 3 or 4 times. Sustained 22 - 23 mph on flat stretch for a couple miles. Felt pretty tired by the finish. Stretched well afterwards.

    Light rain usually doesn't stop me from running, but I had a long day at work and figured I'd take today off rather than tomorrow.

    Late afternoon. 80+ deg F and humid. Walked a few times. Sore and tired from yesterday.
