When you have a coach and he gives you a brutal workout you can curse him the whole time you're running it. However, when you're your own coach, and you give yourself killer a workout, you've got nobody to blame but yourself. Today was one of those workouts. 8 miles with 13 hard intervals in the middle 4. There was a brief moment where the potential for vomiting was considered.
