Coaching the marathon group — Africa hot, but the pace was slow and I stopped twice to wait for people. Felt good, but ran the last 3 non-stop at my pace. Hit a little rough spot in the last mile, but I've been feeling tired the last couple days. That plus the heat finally caught up with me. Longest run in the Free.
