      Hi Gemma! I sure hope that you can find a way to finally see some progress in healing your foot. Glad that you found weightlifting. It's great to keep the body going. It's been 4 months of no running for me, but I think that finally seing a PT will get my foot back close to normal in a month or so. Keeping my fingers crossed for you and me! lol :+)

      Glad to hear from you Gemma. Sorry that your foot is still giving you problems. You would thing that the doctors could pinpoint to something that is going on! Take it easy and hope you get some kind of relief soon. :+)
