    Felt better today, only 3 quick 5 second breathers the entire swim, manage 510m without stopping at all, even then i just quickly rinsed goggle then off again. Open turns improving.

      Oh so am I James :) I went to the docs and ended up having 3 doctors take a look at me but none of them can figure out what is wrong. I got the generic ‘it’s viral’ and some antivirals to calm it down and go back on Friday….so still no answer really! Everything pointed to shingles until i got the rash on my neck.... apparently as it's been on my face, it wouldn't go to below the jaw

  19. Bored! Over done it with the walking/hobbling about and the foot is back to being very painful. At least i had a few days of respite!

      Thank you! Another 2 weeks then i can do something, think i can swim but dont fancy walking into the gym with the moonboot on! Going to get onto Abripper tonight and do what i can on that!

      I know how you feel,I was out for 10weeks with my hip injury,it was horrid, luckily though I could still swim and cycle which just about kept me sane. You will soon be fixed and back at it !
