Huh. I knew I did something wrong during today's WOD, now I know exactly what. The WOD was supposed to be 21 KB Swings, 15 Jump Squats, & 9 DB Push Presses, 3 times... I did 21 of all 3, then 15 of all 3, then 9 of all 3. No wonder I felt like I sucked!
