      Gotta learn how to ride effectively first before spending money on things like pedals. Don't need an Edge 500, I have my Forerunner. Dunno what carbon cages are, and I don't feel the need to shave, a subject I broached with a coworker the other day... you go through puberty and spend a good amount of your teenage life WANTING hair to grow, then shave it off?

      Not sure what you mean... my Crossfit workouts are done at Crossfit Feather River in Marysville. The trainers program the workouts the night before, so we don't find out what we're going to do until we get there. I take a picture of the board, then enter it here when I get home.
