So much for the weather forecast...sunny and beautiful for this morning's track workout, no snow in sight! Today's workout: 8x400 as a relay with a partner. Legs are still a little dead, but not too bad. Apparently I missed the 2 mile time trial last week when I was sick, which is a bummer. Oh well.

    Ha, Suz! That even includes recovery and warm-up. ;-) Actual intervals were right around 8 min/mile pace...not too bad.
