      Ha! Funny. I'm going to try and make my first spin class tomorrow a.m. I'm sure I wont' be talking as I'll be looking for breathable air. :) Good for you, making it through mentally and using your mad cycle skillz to help a newbie out.

      I know what you mean about the attitude of the instructor. Maybe they should post a face symbol on the door indicating their mood, that way you know whether or not you're up for what their about to dish out.

      Nothing really at the moment, just trying to get back into shape after falling off the wagon. I'm starting a new job next month, so I'm not registering for anything until I know I'll be able to get time off. I got into the NYC marathon, though, so I need to get my base mileage back up before marathon training starts!
