Not 100% sure everybody hops off a plane, sleeps three hours and runs. But it is what I needed - my head remains very shaken and my heart very heavy. And its always good ultra training running on tired legs anyway.

    @Rob awww thanks, but my PR is a 3:20. Didn't quite get there for Boston....being just 3 weeks off a 50 miler made it just a bit too hard to accomplish...
