Morning Hatha Yoga

Lunges, sun salutations, warrior 1, twisting warrior 2, warrior 3, twisting and standing half moons, crow pose, hip openers, backbends, happy baby, etc.
Had thought I was going for a long bike ride this morning, but woke up and my body told me otherwise. Apparently, I over did it a bit with yesterday's speedwork in the pool. But after 45 minutes of yoga I feel rejuvenated and ready for the day!
