Included 6x20 sec intervals. Not a fan of this workout. Intervals felt WAY to short.

Thanks. The other trick was that I managed to pull this of a night. So, it wasn't real easy to check my Garmin all the time.

Gary posted a note
Picked up my very own copy of the Triathlete Magazine's Essential Week-by-Week Training Guide. Really like this book. Ahem... Dustan C. - you can have yours back now.
1 person liked what Gary said-
I would have shared it for longer no problem. Did you get a newer version? Get tired of reading around my notes? I'd bet you got it cheaper than mine...

I got in from Borders. I (naturally) couldn't wait and find a cheaper one. $20 is a steal though for that book. I think it's really good.

wish i had your stamina with swimming. I get so bored with it
6 days ago -
Ha. You used stamina and "me" in the same sentence regarding swimming. I've got a LOOOOOONG way to go to 1.2 miles.

Nice swim Gary - I'm definitely jealous. I only make it 150 meters and I'm ready to drop out...

That is worse than my 200m indoor track.
about 3 hours agoYeah. That's a LOT of turns. Nobody was there, so I could really focus on hitting the apex of the turns. Did as little "cornering" as I could. Wasn't too bad actually. Race day with more folks and faster running should be interesting.
about 1 hour agoWhich Y?? I tend to go to the South City Y. And ugh, I hate running on their track. I did a 10 mile run on it in January and thought I was going to die!
about 1 hour agoMonroe County in IL between Columbia and Waterloo. As much as I hate the treadmill, I'm not sure I could do more than 3 miles on that track. 10 miles? Screw that! ;-)
