Longest swim workout I've ever done. BG was around 130 to start and 91 at the end. Sweet. 300 w/u, 8x75 with 50 easy and 25 pull with 30 sec rest, 400 rest of 1 min,4x100 rest of 15 sec, 300 rest of 45 sec, 3x100 rest of 15 sec, 200 rest of 30 sec, 2x100 rest of 15 sec, 100 c/d

    I have to write it all down. Can't possibly remember all that. Then just use a watch to keep track of the rest and each 100.

    I have a Sport Count lap counter/timer for time and laps but every attempt to write down the details turns into a wet mess :) I even got a wax board but the wax pencil quit working when wet!
