  1. I sucked this week. Rode only twice for about 35 miles. Got to push it this week. Sun is coming up about 30 minutes later and is messing me up to ride before heading to the office.

    Great short ride to start the day. Started way to early and it was pitch black outside and I have no light. Still great ride and I feel awesome

      Good stuff. I bought myself a Trek Ion 6 light and it works decent enough. Not the best if you plan on riding pitch black backroads, but for a trail or streets with street-lights it's a great commuter light. It was around $40.

      Funny how you end up feeling better the further along you get. Same thing with me today, didn't even feel like riding 20 but I felt great after 10 so I kept going.

  7. Not sure what is wrong with me. I think I didn't hydrate properly and I'm not feeling right at all. Really cramping and feeling rough.

      Sounds like your body is craving electrolytes. You sweat out a lot of sodium in this hot weather.

      They probably will only show highlights. But, it looks like you can watch it online at NBC's site. I tried to register, but got some weird errors. I'll have to try again later. Youtube also has an olympic channel, but it's only open to non-US residents.
