RUN
alright Short morning run 3.5 mi 00:25 07:05 pace
I'm going to start running in the morning as often as I can. The air is a lot cleaner and clearing the sinuses is the best way to start the day.

I agree that's why I run in the morning.

tired the regular 5 3.1 mi 00:23 07:21 pace
Today I figured out that I get sick when I don't run more regularly - I've only run about 4 times in the past 30 days - and I've been feeling pretty awful with Strep throat and an upper sinus infec... read more

I felt every chip, beer, margarita, you name it, that I've had the past few weeks. My shin even started bothering me again (not to mention chest pains at some point). It's time for detox - eat heal... read more

blah hills in the heat 4 mi 00:30 07:36 pace
Stupid me ran just before noon on a day where it is supposed to get to 101. On the upside, my sinuses haven't been this clear in a long, long time! I can breathe again. :)

RUN
great home to the track 6.11 mi 00:39 06:18 pace
I've been feeling lazy so I did a 3-mile tempo tonight. 6:03, 5:56, 6:01.

RUN
alright Kentucky, the humid state 5 mi 00:34 06:52 pace
Once the excitement of running in a new place wore off, I thought I was going to die. It felt like I was getting peed on by the devil -- I had so much sweat rolling off my body and into my shorts. ... read more

What? Since when did they add the "badass" motivation!? Thanks a lot for that. And a pink tutu isn't enough? Quote of the day: "I like your tutu, but I wish you didn't wear the shorts underneath." 8|

RUN
good neighborhood 3 miler 3 mi 00:18 06:08 pace
5:30, 6:44, 6:02. Started off way to fast, but had to get this run done quickly. Too bad for the slow, slightly inclined mile 2.

RUN
good same 4 4.1 mi 00:25 06:06 pace
Felt great on this run - arms didn't even feel heavy after doing some light lifting & pushups. Put in a little extra effort towards the end to maintain the pace.
5:59, 6:12, 6:13, 6:06, 5:46 (.1)

Chris
give us a bit more credit, there were some nice hills on this route too as we headed toward the Los Feliz entrance of the park from where we met, ha!
Great job yourself - always fun to run w/you.
