      I'm trying to influence people to join me, its good for them and thier family. And i get more friends to run with. Not so boring :-)

      Hope i can get some material on benefit of running for notice board (workplace). This task is still at idea stage

      Good run Ganesh. It should be fun to run in a F1 track. Its a coincidence, Today as I was watching the race just thought how it would be to run in a race track :)

    What is the benefit of going Short Slow Distance (SSD) 5KM ?
    I sweat more then normal days compared to 5.30min/km.

    Please share your experience or benefit in running SSD.
