Rest days are key to our recovery. Best to listen to your body and adjust your schedule as needed. Hang in there! Hope you get a relaxing run in this weekend!

Plan C, my modified version. :-) On Sunday, I decided to do a recovery run, even though my schedule had it as a rest day. I wanted to test my tired legs. For this week (Mon-Sun),I'll still end up running the total miles for Plan A.

Ha!! Plan Cs are good. I may not always do a Sunday recovery run after my long run, but I will try to keep to the weekly total miles.

Great job on getting your run. I felt like ditching my speed work out too but I knew my enlisted coach would be watching so I had to push :-)
