      I know what you mean about running whith a well rested body. I have not ran for two days because I just so drained. I'm hoping for a good long distance run tomorrow.

      Plan C, my modified version. :-) On Sunday, I decided to do a recovery run, even though my schedule had it as a rest day. I wanted to test my tired legs. For this week (Mon-Sun),I'll still end up running the total miles for Plan A.

      Ha!! Plan Cs are good. I may not always do a Sunday recovery run after my long run, but I will try to keep to the weekly total miles.
