Great Performance:
Your body is supposed to be spent during marathon training and replimished during the tapering period. Enjoy tapering you earned it and you will get through Chicago because you are strong!

Today was the mental and physical battle run day. Split my 3-hour run into halves, so I could cheer on the Percy Sutton 5K runners. It was worth it to see the C25K ladies running strong!!!
