I watched till the end... had to turn away at times with all that bouncing around in your final sprint haha... where will you get your hill workouts in Bakersfield? Sad to see you go... let me know if/when you're ever back in town and we'll go running again.

Probably just head out to the bluffs for hill training. I have a friend here that loves running them in the dead of summer heat.

I really want to do CIM this year. If you haven't run your BQ by then we should both do it and run the 3:10 pace group together.
