Day 22: Burr. Pretty cold out this morning. Felt relaxed the entire way and even sprinted the last mile. I am getting better at finishing strong. Maybe I will eventually learn how to properly negative split a distance/race.


The secret to negative splits:
Run easy on the first half, then kick it up on the second.

I think we just solved the problem. Now you just need to focus on -not- going too fast in the beginning. :)
Get a Garmin maybe?

Hi Chris. There are some inexpensive Garmins on the market right now, particularly the 205. Check out www.amazon.com. I recently got one for $142. Take care.
