Day 21: So happy this run is done. Not that it was hard but because it marks my return to my "normal" mileage training. After 4 weeks, I am finally back to what feels right and my body is agreeing with me again. It is such a load off of my mind. When you are injured, even just a little bit, and you love running as much as I do you tend to think the worst when you can't perform up to par. It's nice to breathe a sigh of relief. *Phew*

    it's so hard to not push ourselves to the levels we want to be at when we're hurt, but obviously, the rest and recovery will make you stronger than before! Glad to hear you're hittin' your stride again.
