A little late getting out the door today and it took my body a bit to get in a groove. Once I settled in though it was smooth sailing. I wanted to get out in the afternoon sun since the last few runs have been a bit on the cool side. Today was definitely warmer and the breeze, though it slowed me down a bit, kept me on the comfortable side. Good training week so far.
