Not at home to sync my garmin watch data so copying from the watch activity history. I think I may be on the other side of the runners knee/ITBS. I can comfortably run in the 7:30 range now. I'm still planning on running easy for the remainder of the 100 days challenge. And (possibly wishful thinking) I'm gonna log my highest mileage for the last 30 days
