Starting to feel a bit better about things now that I did this recovery run. I meant to do it this morning and I was out of bed at 6am but I just didn't have it in me. Probably more psycho-somatic then anything else. I think I still have a couple of weeks before I can get past this marathon and look forward to the next. It's still really bothering me that it came down to one fatal mistake but I understand that I can't change the past. I can only learn from it. Either way...good recovery run. Onwards to the Fresno Marathon in November.
