Day 62: Right achilles tendon was still sore today but ultimately manageable. I put in an earlier run today so I can put in a later run tomorrow and hopefully get a few more hours of sleep and rest for my legs. No 2 ways around it, I am tired...physically and mentally.

good job! be careful with that tendon! i have been having some of those problems too. hopefully the extra rest will do you good :)

How far are you going to go? Is 11 miles your stopping point as far as this training? You must be exhausted!

I am trying to go to 13 miles but will stop if I get in any danger. As far as feeling tired, honestly the hardest part is managing the day to day muscle soreness. Yesterday I was definitely tired but it was when I was first getting accustomed to the high mileage where I went through a period that I felt really sleepy all the time but it was mainly cause I wasn't eating enough.
