great Riverwalk Park and stuff - 4 3.83 mi 00:30 07:46 pace

Just a bit under 4 miles of easy paced running. Haven't done much running over the holidays but the day off of work allowed me to get out with the family and sneak away for a 30 min run. Felt pretty good and I can safely say there is absolutely no sign of injury anymore which means I can stop being so lazy and get back on to normal training. Looking forward to more running this week.
