Day 60: I actually didn't mean to run this fast after yesterdays tempo run. I started out at what I felt like was an easy pace but, like I've been doing lately, sped up later down the road when I was further along in the run and still feeling good. I am still amazed that after 60 consecutive days of running that I can still put in a hard run like this. I still have day-to-day soreness but I remain injury free. The lesson for today is that the human body is surprisingly adaptable and capable.
