This started really rough because I just didn't want to leave the house. I was pretty tired most of the day but I forced myself to get out for a least 6 miles. Once I got through 4 miles I felt awake enough to keep going so I took a slight detour on the way home for 3 extra miles. Not quite the 12 I wanted to do today but way better than the zero I might've ended up with. 57 for the week, still plugging along. WOO!
