Heavy mist. Hotter than expected, has to single hand carry my jacket along the run. Mind begin felt weak by lap 3.7KM. Training by time.

If u have an injured knee, give it some rest before u start running again, and make sure u r wearing the right kinda shoe.... Else the imjury will keep nagging u forever
