    Stomach not doing great and it was raining off an on. I was low on time so just popped it on the trainer and did a quick 10 miles.

    Woohoo!! Ran into Meghan at 13 and ran the rest with her. Had a "magical movement" around 23 miles and started running again, after having walked almost 3 miles. Next time, I will train.

    it was really, really crowded. not like I wanted to go any faster since I was doing the marathon the next day.

    Hell of week with work and had been feeling off. Weather was perfect for this and the ankle didn't hurt too bad. We'll see how stiff it is in the morning but for now, I'm happy.
