      That sounds like hell, Felipe. You are a more devoted athlete than I am...though I also had the good sense NOT to sign up for an Ironman in the mountains! ;)

      This is a more appropriate pace to estimate my time than the usual FL(at) pace. It might take me the entire 17 hours to get across that line in September!! Luckily I will also get to go downhill in Tahoe...

    Great run with my Ultra buddy while out in ATL for the Final Four. Weather was perfect! We ran to R.Thomas - a phenomenal vegetarian/vegan restaurant and had lunch and took a cab back to the hotel.
