Nathan Test Run part Deux

Let the kids stay in bed for this run. Took the nathan pack for a longer run. It made my neck /shoulder a little sore because its changing my neck position a little. Not sure if this is an issue. Other than that felt great. Really attacked the hills tonight and felt great for most of the run.

Haha should have read this before commenting on the first workout! Is there any way to secure it? Maybe you should jut duct tape it into submission.

good test run Dave!! I think it's so hard to figure out how to carry fluids...wish those streams out at BB were drinable ...without making me sick anyways.

It was just my neck shoulders that bothered me a bit. I'll keep playing with the straps before Sundays long run. Didn't bother my back at all thankfully.
