      Sounds like a great time, I was stuck eating Hibachi (ok, so I like Hibachi I just wished I could have raced tonight as well). I love that course and the race has a great vibe (at the risk of sounding hippy like). I hope to make it next week, I haven't decided about shoes yet.

      I am melting just thinking of you running in this heat and humidity. Exercise pain does feel good when you've been out of practice (unless you push way too hard and just getting out of your chair takes 2 full minutes...not that I have ever experienced anything like that...)
