    Great run with the marathon group this morning. I was going to come home and do more, but just didn't have it in me today. Took til mile 5 to even hit my stride. Weird. St Pat's Dash tomorrow and I've got my outfit all planned :)

    As the miles on my training schedule climb each week, Mo(tivation) has been scarcer and scarcer as of late. 'Course he goes and shows up on a day that there's a big, fat 0 on my schedule. But whatevs, I figure a little 5k couldn't hurt. :)

    Dreadmill, I am not a fan anymore! You lost me to the outdoors. Even with good tv on, and with it dark & rainy out.

      I agree I can't get it right on the mill and it hurts me. I can vary my pace better outside..HR is better ect. But you go a run in and some TV so great multi-tasking

      I'm the opposite - I'm having trouble with my speedwork b/c I got so accustomed to the treadmill. Although I did hate it when winter forced me inside.
