Mondays are hard enough... did a recovery ride with high cadence intervals thrown in. My computer quit recording time/ distance suddenly towards the end (I was aiming for 1 hr). Watched Grey's Anatomy and Parks and Rec. Forgot the HRM :P Legs felt good! Not at all tired. Though cadence was still low-- around 75- 80 "resting" could only get it up to about 95 otherwise.
