Tempo ride while watching the first two episodes of the last season of LOST. Which, by the way, were totally confusing! Any insights on those would be much appreciated :P

20 warm up, followed by a tempo pace around 80 rpm, switching the gears every 5 min (randomly). Not too boring, but not really effective, either. My HR stayed pretty steady (and low), though I still worked up a sweat.
